Will the trial go the distance?

Will the trial go the distance?McKool-Smith must have presented WiLAN's case yesterday and today to the court.

I dont know how strong Apple's defense will be.  But all the other defendants in the suit have bailed - that speaks volumes IMO.  Apple's strategy may be to bail out too in mid- trial if things turn sour.  I don't know how the courts work but Apple would be foolish going to trial and risk very large $$damages & $$penalties payments on whats likely to be an infringement verdict?  My uneducated guess is Apple will surrender before the trial goes to jury deliberation.

An announcement in the next 3 business days IMO.

Go WiLAN Go!
