Looking Ahead

Looking AheadThe new trade accord is settling in with me. It changes the outlook IMO. I think BXE becomes a viable buyout target. In my mind, it is because of the future production, number of drilling sites, money the new JVs bring in, NGL pipes and docks and a stable country. The only negative is the current debt.

I'd assume the debt will be paid back fairly fast with the increased production. I wouldn't sell good drill sites because they are a Big Bonus for BXE. We have to keep in mind the improving frac technology.

When I add in the undervalued current price, the timeframe for interest gets more current. I see this company's PE getting better each quarter. I can see it below 20 within a year.

BXE is stable, dependable, safe and rather cheap.
