did you know mr. burges was paid no salary in 2012 ? did you also know;

1. The Company paid consulting fees to John Burges during the 2012 year in the amount of $280,098, $145,250 in 2011 ( $325 000 in total for 2011 as stock price was destroyed ) through his personal company, Cathchar Capital LLC.
   
   John Anderson received consulting fees of $71,000 through his personal company, Purplefish Capital Ltd    ........ not sure what mr anderson did for this....certainly not anything to do with increasing shareholder value.

   
   
   

   Gregory Johnson received $15,000 for his role as Lead Director.......for what? a couple meetings?

   The Company paid consulting fees to Timothy Termuende in the amount of $28,000 through his personal company, Toklat Resources Inc ....good work tim
   
    

   keep up the good work everyone....you should have what is left in the treasury eaten up soon.I know you can do it. i am not a big shareholder ( under 100 000 shares...at much higher prices ) but this kind of compensation bothers me as it shoud you. highly skilled doctors in canada earn much less than mr. burges.
