I can't see WiLAN's closing statements lasting even half the full 40 minutes.
Their argument will blow holes in Apple's defense. Apple on the other hand will likely use up their allotted time as they attempt to baffle the court with their BS. This should be a no-brainer for the jury IMHO, but I will keep the champagne on ice until I hear the verdict. Also can't see the jury deliberation lasting very long either, but the longer they take the greater the uncertainty of the outcome. Keeping my fingers crossed that justice will prevail...
