RE:RE:Law of diminishing returns on has arrived In reply to bridgetoknowhere. You are correct that confirmation comes afterword. However watching trading patterns and recongnizing great similarities in these patterns helps in setting my criteria before, during and exiting a position if you don’t know when you are going to sell you will lose most of the time. Because for every hero story there are nine others that will suck back all of your gains plus.
Just so you know I am not just bashing some stock I'm trying to have a fair two sided discussion here just for fun of course as you can see lots of what I say goes wrong also.
July 22 I wrote FCU trades to 1.78-1.98 on high volume. Than volume dries up as spec money moves on. This is when the market makers will be paid by certain parties to lower the price to the 1.20 1.40 range and keep it there for 90-120 days at which point it will be taken out at a 40 % premium to it's average over that period of time. 1.80 -2.10 target for take out. Good Luck.
Just my opinion.
July 26 in regards to people selling I wrote Just kicked in the door at a buck with large volume ... are you nuts !
July 26
There are a lot of instituitions that want in but due to certain requirements they can't hold stocks under a buck and some two, so now that it has breached that level they will start to add also imo.
July29
Trades down to .85 before making new highs. ( it traded down to 90 instead I was wrong)
September 20 In reply to someone saying the stock was looking good I replied what are you talking about the volume is pretty low and the price flat ?
October 3 A double top and a lower high, it's all over.
Say hi to your new head and shoulders.
So I hold no emotional attachment to a stock I hold it when it makes me money and don't when I think it won't , it's that simple. These junior spec stocks all trade the same they get pumped up on massive volume which isn't sustainable and as it passes and the fast money home run hitters move on to the next thing they drift lower. That's it no magic. Every single time I have held a stock that had a graph like a hockey stick and didn't take profits I have regretted it. fFission is a slightly different case in the fact that it's a winner imo I like it so much that buy selling at the double top and buying back at a much lower price I should be able to get the same amount of shares for half the capital and use the other half of the funds made for the next adventure that comes along. Good Luck
