RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dispute in Kenya expected to be resolved in days.

My working assumption is that the Kenya government won't get too greedy until the fields are producing. Interesting though, in a Democracy where elected officials have only a limited time to pad their bankrolls works against this theory.
