I am not a 100% sure, but I thought Nov 19th was the date chosen to determine if you were considered a shareholder that is eligible to vote. If you are/were a shareholder as of Nov 19th, then you would be eligible to vote. if that is the case, I would not expect any material/documents to be forwarded to shareholders until after the 19th.

I could be wrong, but that's what I think.
