Q3-2014?

Q3-2014?Now the pipeline is going to be completed in Q3-2014. So much for H1-2014, Q1-2014, Q3-2013, Q2-2013. These guys couldn't organize a boy scout day trip let alone a pipeline project. Could on H1-2015 as a realistic target. Sigh!

The 12" x 52 km pipeline is expected to add 45,000 bbl/d of additional evacuation capacities (5,062 bbl/d OER share) when complete and commissioned in the third quarter of 2014.
