you  will   be  lucky   if  you  get  the  money  by   Dec.   31   as  the  Chinese  do  not  have  the  courtesy   to  get  their  approvals  coinicidentally    with   the  Novis  approvals  .  They  only  seek  the  approvals   after  all   Candian   ones  are  in.   This  deal  was  all   about  big  management  payouts    nothing  about  shareholders.     Time   is  money  ----Chinese   know  this  expression  well  that  is  why  shareholders  will  be  paid as  late  as possible.
