New surprise collaborator or new licensing deal?

I'm wondering what will come next, a surprise new collaborator or a licensing deal? Apparently the are many that have been kicking the tires. Is BTI even interested in doing additional collaborations at this time seeing as the current collaborations should be coming to an end "soon". At what point does BTI say, enough is enough, you want to play? Then pay!
