I do not think they went to court with Red Kite so Red Kite winning is a bit subjective. I hope they reached some sort of settlement with them. They do owe Red Kite $10 million and need to find a satisfactory way of paying them back. It would be nice to see that this got worked out. Then we can look at AMB and get a better idea of where they are going.
