Its lifestyle offering delivers comfort technologies such as Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins, Skechers Arch Fit, and Skechers Air-Cooled Memory Foam, among others.

Brandonn, that sounds worse. Are you saying that a private co made up of management and directors took a JV postion in property with a private co. using capital from Elkwater and now Elkwater is covering expenses as well?????? not sure that is "normal course of business" and is that legal??
