Insight

InsightDoes anyone has some genuine insight into what is going on here. Why does the credit facility keep getting extended? I know bankruptcy seems imminent but why would ML not take one of the deals that have been presented to them. Even if the deals are not the most advantageous for shareholders, surely they are better than a reverse split and bankruptcy protection???? Why do the lenders keep extending the loan terms if they dont know some deal is coming that will allow then to recoup their loan?
