This has to be good news for shareholders.
Pattison bought 220,800 shares at $7.36 and $7.45 CAD on Nov 28th and 29th.
Joyce bought 210,000 shares on Nov 21 and Nov 22.

They own almost 30 million shares between the two of them (or 20% as you stated). Don't know if they're competing or working together, but I suddenly feel more comfy with my JE investment.
