RE:RE:RE:$750,000 initial order for Buttbuster. Nice order!The story I heard was that Taylor was the one who got Johnex interested in having Nordex distribute product for them.

It was Kozak though who chased down good sources of detonators. These kinda blew up in Nordex's face though. Miners said that the detonators caused cut offs and Nordex clients then did not want to have anything to do with them.  

This lack of attention to detail cost Nordex' reputation substantially and helped lead to the disasterous financial performance in 2011. That is just some of what I meant when I said that Taylor is not an explosives specialist. As a business person you should check into his history before Nordex. 

As for Jim O'Reilly look at Prominex or New Island Resources for information about his capabilities in regards to public company management.

In regards to the 18% financing (to build out the Johnex product line) that speaks for itself.

The costs for legal fees and accounting has gotten completely out of hand.

The listing charges have likewise gone completely whackey.
