RE:RE:Buyoutgeoffs13 , I can't see it as this would cost them at 45% premium .75 cents a share x 416 million shares $312,000,000.00 and debt of 155 million and need to invest another 150 million to get Lakeshore to 5500 tpd. I think we are safe for a little while. GLTAL
