RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CFO selling 60400 sharesSmall thing:  why not take a moment to look at the total number of shares owned, to get some perspective here. You may find that the CFO has sold a relatively small number of total shares held; compare and contrast that with the compensation package (preference to basically sell shares, and take the cap gain tax hit, as opposed to taking salary, and taking a higher marginal rate tax hit). 

He has to get compensated, and frankly, this is the best way.
