RE:with what money?

RE:with what money?IMO, the processing complex will be used as a feed for other projects. One example, Niocan Inc. (T.NIO) is awaiting their final operating permit to begin the production of high grade niobium and rare earths. The property is approximately 175kms by major highway from Becancour, to have it's concentrate processed. Projects in resendential areas will appreciate that the final processing stage, which usually has uranium and thorium waste, will be handled by experts in an area that doesn't raise a local concern. As well, these individual projects will save big capex dollars. This is why I think that the government will contribute a large amount to build this processing plant.
