Processing Complex Capex Justification & JV's

At this stage, QRM should be looking at JV's, Mergers & Buyouts that would be accretive to justify the processing plant capex costs. With transportation costs at $190/ton for Strange Lake, other projects within an immediate proximity could be about $20-30/ton. Trucking the concentrate (20-40) tons per load could cost $800-1,000 round trip. Thats about the cost just to send it to port for SL. Something to consider for QRM while other REE stocks are at depressed levels.
