Anyone have an opinion on the Notes?

Anyone have an opinion on the Notes?I'm wondering how deep in trouble the CSI.NT noteholders are in. I have a small position.
From the press release it looks like the proposal will leave equity holders with basically nothing, ~2%. 

Anyone have any insight if there is hope for the noteholders though? I'm assuming since they are unsecured, that Sandstorm probably has the priority for any liquidation proceeds - but I'm not sure. Will have to contact the company. Too bad it came to this. Notes trading at 1/10th of face value, so I think that answers the question for me..... not much faith out there that even the noteholders will get a return.
