WARRENBUFFETT--
The surface rights issue is much bigger than Erin will admit, and local residents are uneducated and very concerned with pollution of water supplies by greedy outsiders. they will keep this tied up in the courts for years. Costing much time and money, which Erin does not have....will have to eventually return Jarondol back to Serbian Government.
