RE:RE:RE:RE:virusThe problem with uninstalling java is that more and more sites require it for display etc. I think I even need it to log on to some sites.
I use an add-on called noscript to block most of the java script applications. It works well but sometimes can be a pain when you don't know which of the 10 or more java scripts running are the ones you actually need to enable. Trial and error ensues, but then I set the current page permissions to permanent . Now my regular sites defaults are set so no more problems. I find that it is worth it, especially since I have missed this virus.
