Take a look at it in detail and really push yourself to understand because you really are clueless.

TCH does not have confetti like warrants attached, they also do not have a shareholder based in Ecuador with around 50% of the stock, but they do have directers who have significant "skin in the game".

Take time to think about it and see what you come up with in that clueless mind of yours.
