Results from AGM / vote announced today

While the results have been available for a little while, the company has just released them in the form of a news release. I have previously referred to the results, so I won't get into it, save it to say that the current management / executive have received an affirmative vote on all counts.

The one thing I did find interesting, is that the disclaimer at the end of the release referred to the Venture Exchange, as opposed to the TSX. I have been expecting the move to the Venture to complete mid-month, so maybe this is an indicator we are close. For those of you reading this; mid-month does NOT mean an expectation of the 15th explicitly, so if it happens a few days later, that's still mid month.

I have heard nothing from the company for a couple fo weeks, but will try to reach Nick, as this NR may be an indicator he is back in the saddle.
