I agree, there seems to be a lot of downward pressure for quite some time now. I don't know if this is true or not but I once heard that insiders only have to report the selling a few months after (with a very small fine attached). I hope this isn't true because if we combine all the selling the past few months (since they  bought their shares/warrants) quite a few million shares have been sold. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?
