RE:RE:Proxy voteNo, I'm referring to the rest of the less than stellar insiders in the corporate world who take shareholders for granted.

Regardless of the merits of this latest deal, this board has manipulated shareholders by manufacturing a 'bloodless coup' so to speak. They turfed the CEO, complete with golden handshake of shareholders' money only days after endorsing him at the AGM ( which most of the board did not attend for now obvious reasons) and then turfed the chair and stacked the board with henchmen.
I do not think this behaviour should be rewarded.

As with CPR, a nasty, successful proxy war will 'encourage the others'.
