RE:RE:Timing of Surge Deal is CuriousFrom my understanding of the competing press releases, it is Mr. Budd who is doing the misleading and the more I hear from this disingenuous individual, the more I want him gone. How did he gain control of our company without investing a penny?

The proxy war costs are incurred either way and I prefer to see this unelected board of ingrates seen off. Do not forget how much of our money this board squanders.
