This is a clear drag on the stock and the only big beneficiary of a good volume stock but below the fund raising price is the warrant holder and his stock.

Which he or she is entitled too obviously.

Where I’m confused (embarrassingly so) is my assumption/ignorance is/was that a shareholder the size of what is being implied would be identified automatically and the conjecture that is part of the posts today would not be necessary.

Has anyone sent an email to Max Birley asking questions about “The Legacy Shareholder”  – with both millions of warrants and stock.

Having said all of this – the stock is being bought – there are a number of individuals here that are supportive of the potential and are committed to seeing this through the next six months minimum -  at some point this “legacy holder” will be comfortable with the $$$$$ in the bank and being looking at holding for the next leg up .65 to $1.00 No?
