Thank you for posting the TMX criteria. Risk Areas based on the TMX criteria: 1) Working Capital and Financial Resources (Adequate working capital to carry on the business. Appropriate capital structure)---Per the last official information, the firm is working to restore funding lines 2) Distribution Market Capitalization and Public Float ($4M public held)---today $3.4M @ 1.25 cents /share or higher we would meet this criteria---seems like low hanging fruit, just a little positive news would push use over 1.25 cents/share. Does anyone see other risk areas or have value added comments on the two areas above?
