poorgrammar, the $2.10 is the conversion price of the notes based on a formula. "by dividing the amount to be paid in stock by 94.5% of the lower of the volume weighted average price of the shares for the fifteen day period prior to the payment date and the volume weighted average price of the shares for the five day period prior to the payment date"
If memory serves me correct this is the 7th such conversion since Dec 24/13 and shows that these institutional debt holders have confidence in the share price continuing to increase.  Otherwise they would just continue to collect their 7% and cash out in July.  IMHO
