Not going up ... strange

Strange as gold went up and the latest drilling reports are OK, too.
With all the Hecla, Rob etc. the price is quite cheap (as market cap).
omewhere was written, that the average take ver premium of junior miners are at 30% (and in recent years even less than 30 %).
At 5 or 6 cents .. plus 30% premium we just talk about a share price of less than 0.08 cad ?
Or is there any more optimistic view we can hang on ?
