Comex warehouses have got lots of contracts but no gold to deliver

Comex still hasnt finished its December deliveries! 98% of the physical gold is being recieved by JP Morgan. There is 3.8tons left to be delivered from the December contracts(3 weeks late!) of the 21tons requested. The February contracts first delivery day is supposed to start in 2 weeks and has a huge 160000 contracts of 100 gold ounces still standing for delivery. Last February had 40 tons of gold removed from the comex. How many contracts will roll over and how many will demand their gold?!
