In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:OpeningI'm with Shlinker on this one, for now. Sure they're testing the well - which seems positive. However, there is no indication of what the pay thickness is. I believe this type of information is usually available when a well is logged - prior to casing. So I am a little surprised that this info wasn't included in the news (nor do they indicate how long it will take to get a rig in place, and test). This could go either way in my opinion, and I'm currently leaning towards dud. Share price movement in the next few days could be telling.
