RE:Q3 CC: $5.5 million are coming by the end of JANPragmatism:  noun
a reasonable and logical way of doing things or of thinking about problems that is based on dealing with specific situations instead of on ideas and theories

So after a weekend of sobering reflection...

I am sceptical of what Walter is going to be able to accomplish.  IMHO CS has granted the forebearance only because they must see an opportunity of collect additional funds against their secured debt.  Not necessarily because they see an ongoing opportunity to generate returns from TID.  If they beleived the $5.5MM coming at the end of Jan was going to be a long vs. short term solution, they would have extended credit terms vs. forebarance proceeding.

Walter's corporate obligations are at this point being driven only by the debt holder.  We as equity holders are on the sidelines waiting to see it there will be a forthcoming commercially viable operation.

The fact the there is significant insider ownership is somewhat mute.  Walter may be trying to preserve his investment, but I am guessing he can afford to lose it more than we can.  If he is truely as wealthy as you all put forward, this will simply be a capital loss for him in 2014.

I am sure he is fighting 'tooth and nail' but debt is debt and we are all just spectators at this point.
