The secured creditors have fist rights.
If there is anything left after them, the unsecured creditors have next rights.
Equity holders have the right to vote, buy and sell their shares and that is about it.

Demand what you will from Walter, however you will not bankrupt TID - Credit Suisse will.

Hopefully that is where his focus is and should be.  If we are lucky, we will come through, if not... we all know the answer to that.

You have called out a few folks for pumping the stock.  No one forced you to buy - no one forced me to buy.  We are all accountable for our own actions, and have to live with the consequences.

This has been a gamble since April of 2013.

Sit tight and be patient - there is little more to do than wait.  We will be the last to know.
