RE:Rift also on halt
To further speculate on the unknown, one of the other halted issues today is under-going a share consolidation. That would make sense (unfortunately for us) at this point to do a 10 or 20 for 1 consolidation, followed by a private placement/exchange for some of the outstanding debt. Would cause some dilution for current shareholders (including the Cayman company) but could help recapitalize. While not good, may be better than the worst alternative.
