RE:RE:Share buybackdear mr notwrong...........excellent research; in theory it appears you are correct and I apologize..........in reality (which is where I live) a 'buyback' is where a company purchases its shares for cancellation and thus increases the value of the remaining float.........this did not happen; as explained at length by many other investors, these shares were simply bought from Brookfield, converted to commons, and 're-distributed' to the general public, institutions etc via the capital markets.........good luck in the future....whognu
