Any companies under Chapter 11 has several issues, among others, are shareholder interest, bank interest, and potential buyer Interest. Guess who ranks the last! Buyers are bottom fishing. They knew TID has gone through a strategic alternative with Citi for a year, they are not going to offer a fair value for hard assets. Bank or restructuring officer is looking for a buyer to maximize the value...their values. Once they got a descent offer (bank dollars), they would apply for court approval to sell so they can get their money out. Shareholder is not controlling the process. The board is not in control by virtual fact that they have signed all these agreements. Lets hope the bank would leave us something!!
