RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Credit bidding and common shareholders

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Credit bidding and common shareholdersUnfortunately I do not know anyone in this space.  I did however speak with Lorance Pasiechnyk last Thursday afternoon.  He is the CEO of Simmons Edeco oilfield services.  Lorance confirmed at that time that he was working on finalizing a deal for the 2 heli rigs from TID and subsequent to the purchase, the rigs would be moved to PNG.

I was upfront with him, indicating I was a shareholder of TID and was looking to confirm some information I had come across publicly.

This is consistent with the information posted by UptownDog with regards to their contact that was prepping the rigs for deploment to PNG.

I am guessing that was in the works well before last weeks announcement, however before TID filed for Chapter 11.  Things may have changed now.

Cheers, JSGT
