they are all good questions.. The judge could refuse only if he feels not enough effort is used in searching for the best price for the assets. CS is unlikely to get involved with shareholders for the reasons of conflict (i.e. not serve your interest) The answer to the last question is really your first question and that is when would the judge pull the plug!
