Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on its product candidate PEDMARK. Wembley, in order to determine the fair market value for warrants, you need a formula to calculate this. I don't give this formula out as it took me six months to set this up in excel, works great for me, but I don't want to mislead anyone on any price predictions. What I have noticed however is that it has a 2-3 fold differential impact based on the proposed changes.
