RE:Secondly
sherbrooke1, your two points tie directly into where our army is marching today. Details to follow. THANK YOU for keeping so keenly on top of this.
I mentioned earlier the respect I have for your work on SA, your cogent analysis not only of events but of underlying factors. With that in mind, I wonder if you would mind reviewing the PR detailing the Cayman account with a fine tooth comb and rendering your insights. This very issue was raised in our conference call last night, and we’re eager for a range of opinion. I’m busy talking to lawyers at present, so I’m working from memory of that document, but the uses to which that stock can be put were locked into two actions: retirement and cancellation, or sale for funds to a third party. My concern is the second, which may contain some gray area. But the wording may be of a type which pins them a bit, taken with their current situation. Also, seems to exclude mgmt. from voting those shares. Again, eager for your thoughts.
It’s 8:30 over here. I’m catching up, and I’ll publish an update for all on what’s transpired yesterday. After that, details on our next march.
