To access the Cayman company registry you need to create an account at the link above. The account takes just an email and name. Once you have done so you can search for the company. To access the information it will cost about 37 USD.
For those with investigative talent, it will be worthwhile to find the overall paper trail of this operation..who else involved (lawyers, family members, etc)
I suspect the comapny is not owned by TID since it was set up as a SPE/SPV. The nature of the structure suggests it's designed to be kept oft the books.
