WHO'S INTEREST ARE RPL'S BOD LOOKING OUT FOR

Not RPL shareholders. If this is the best deal they can come up with then they should resign!
ALX is trading at 63c which is 9X their book value. RPL is trading at $1.31 which is .59X our book. In which universe is RPL worth less than Alexander? Sure it would be nice to have their management team but I don't want to be raped by them.
