Thanks sherbrooke1.  Just couldn't take any more pain so I sold my shares today at a 12% loss and my wifes shares at a 26% loss.  The way these things go usually is that the institutional holders support management and the retail investor gets screwed in the process.  Having said that I would be more than happy to join any class action.  Having said that, I'm still awaiting my second check on the Nortel lawsuits. Luckily I make a couple more good decisions than bad.  I'm gradually learning to cut my losses earlier rather than later.  I wish all the holder ons good luck.
