RE:RE:RE:RE:PatienceIf your replying to me, JS got a bad ruling in the courts. By bad I mean a ruling that he was not expecting. USPO (experts) spent some time, i don't know how much, validating the patents. The jury (laymen) spent less than a day declaring them invalid. I thought it was a reasonable expectation that we would win. Should JS have known what the jury was going to decide? Maybe, but juries aren't always right, but it all we have. It is easy in hindsight. All sorts of stocks would have a better pick in the last year, in hindsight.
