Talked to the broker, they said they'd sent it, I say they hadn't, so they're gong to resend it.  Supposedly.  Anyway we're on it.  Should be fine.  I also am voting no to the creation of preferred shares.

Note : which exchange has the most rigerous reporting requirements and rules, the TSX or CSE?

Are they trying to get out from under the microscope or trying to prove they can bask in the light?
