Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on its product candidate PEDMARK. It sells its product through a field force, including Regional Pediatric Oncology Specialists and medical science liaisons who are helping to educate the medical communities and patients about cisplatin induced ototoxicity and its programs supporting patient access to PEDMARK. It has established Fennec HEARS, a single source program designed to connect PEDMARK patients.

RE:RE:Proposed Warrants In The Money

Details are in the press release dated 2013-11-15. Should be voted upon at next annual and special shareholders meeting, which should be held prior to June 30, 2014. The vote will be to the warrant holders, I expect the vote to pass considering that the proposed revisions put them "in the money". There is also the possibility that they could be "in the money" based on actual terms if the shares keep going north. According to the press release dated 2013-10-15, The STS results are also expected in H1 2014, or before June 30, 2014.
