Mrs GM: How long was Kerry Smith on the Stroud board? There are two Kerry Smith's that I know of in the mining business in TO. Just speculating/wondering if he might of been there until possible "negotiations" for Hislop were successfully concluded. Point being, looking/speculating at the Primero/Brigus deal P c/would make Stroud a per share offer at a premium over recent prices. ALL Speculation
