Enraged BS...You are correct in that no one cares much about Bioniche anymore.

You are living the aftermath/apathy of a promising, very promising biotech, having been driven into absurdly unmanageable debt and servitude to its financiers.

The upshot for some is that it will make it that much easier and noncontroversial to pass along the remaing assets of the company to her debtors come August. I am going to go out on a limb and say that the probability of an Animal Health sale materializing in Zero, as that is completely counter to the interests of those seeking Bioniche's assets for pennies on the dollar.

I am looking forward to Bioniche finally being broken apart and put out of its misery. How much failure should one group of shareholders have to endure?

And you'll never be able to prove that they didn't genuinely seek safe harbour.
